there is little movement/change, then the program will adjust to a lower bitrate
to reduce the video file size. However, when it detects rapid movements from one
scene to the next, it will automatically adjust to a higher bitrate to capture
every detail in the video. So now, you don?t have to decide between quality and

Advanced Scene Detection

a single video file (during or after it is captured from
a DV Camcorder), search for scene changes in the video,
and then create several individual video clips. You can

create more or less scenes, based on changes that happen

video into scenes/chapters for authoring, and/or for
making it easier to later insert transition effects

Audio Effects

unwanted portions. You may also add a background audio
track for the entire output production. Audio tracks
can be imported in either MP3 or WAV format, and can
